Evaporator Fan Case Heater – EFHx

EFHx heating elements are designed to be applied on fan cases for the purpose of preventing them from freezing and icing. The CDHx drum heaters are used to heat containers, drums, tanks, vessels and pipes.
Their aim is to avoid freezing and reducing the density or viscosity of fluids thus preserving their features so as they can be poured until completely discharged.

• Power: according to table for standard models
• External dimensions: according to table for standard models
• Standard insulation materials available: silicone double insulated construction for all models (except for model CDHD0057: silicone and polyester)
• Maximum operating temperature: +200°C (except for model CDHD0057: +120°C)
• Accessories available on request: thermostats with fixed calibration or adjustable within the range 0/100°C or 0/180°C, thermocouples, PT100 and NTC probes, thermal fuses, 3-pole power cable with or without plug, locking system with hooks and springs or velcro, etc.

• Produced and tested according to the EN60335 standard. Compliance with the 2014/35/EU directive
• Different insulation materials and diameters may be produced on request and after a feasibility check is performed
